Version 1.0.3

In this version, I fixed two bugs and improved the way the game handles loading save files:

• Improved the way save file loading is handled, which fixed the level of the Better Axes upgrade being incorrectly saved in some circumstances.
  • Because of how I handled fixing this, there is a chance that this has also fixed other saving-related issues that I didn't know about.
• Fixed the game failing to update the amount of wood/stone/cotton gained per click until you close and reopen the game.
