My interests align perfectly with game development, yet procrastination reigns supreme. Maybe I'll finish the overscoped open-world 2D platformer game I'm currently "working on" sometime this millennium.

...You know what, actually? That reign is falling apart, at least for that platformer project. Progress is being made (albeit slowly), and I will get it done eventually.

I'm also a thinky puzzle game enthusiast - some of my favourites are I Wanna Lockpick, Entwined Time, Baba Is You, Pâquerette Down The Bunburrows, and A Monster's Expedition. I've even made some custom levels for Entwined Time (and Baba, I guess, but I seem to be way worse at Baba puzzle design than Entwined Time puzzle design) and have plans to populate my itch profile with a bunch of hopefully-deranged puzzle games of my own. :)

Outside of pure puzzle games, some of my favourite games are Terraria, Noita, and Celeste.

Some things I enjoy in video games are jank, jank, jank, jank, and jank. (Well, as long as it's the fun type of jank and not, say, the delete-all-your-progress type of jank.)
